Provide full-series product parameters: load capacity ranges from 5kg to 500kg, and repeat positioning accuracy reaches ±0.03mm - ±0.1mm.​

Clearly mark the adaptability of each model to high-temperature and dusty environments (IP54/IP65).​

Provide customized selection schemes based on parameters such as production frequency and work piece size to match scene requirements.​

Output 3D layout drawings to ensure that the equipment installation error is ≤±5mm and a maintenance channel of ≥800mm is reserved.​

In-Sales Service​

Generate production plans within 48 hours after order confirmation, and push key nodes in real-time (raw material storage, assembly completion, factory inspection).​

Respond to installation needs within 1-3working days after arrival: load test deviation is ≤2% of the rated load.​

Output commissioning reports: including key data such as the running speed of each axis and braking response time (≤0.1s).​

Provide hierarchical training, with supporting video tutorials (cumulative duration ≥8 hours) and electronic manuals, and support online Q&A.​

After-Sales Service​

The whole machine has a 12-month warranty period, and core components (servo motors, controllers) have a free warranty period of 18-24 months.  

7×24-hour hotline response, technical docking within 12 hours, and remote diagnosis success rate ≥85%.​

Provide preventive maintenance plans to reduce the failure probability by more than 60%.​

The inventory turnover rate of common accessories (bearings, sensors) is ≥95%, and they will be delivered within 7 working days; special accessories will be delivered within 15 working days.​
